Planetary Images
I was an avid lunar and planetary imager back in the 1980’s & 1990’s. I started seriously imaging the planets with the use of hyper-sensitized “Tech Pan” 2415 monochrome film. Around 1996 I switched to digital imaging using the small TC-211 sensor. Unfortunately I stopped imaging for nearly 22 years due to the demands of running a company. My re-entry into planetary imaging occurred in 2022 after retirement from Finger Lakes Instrumentation and the installation of a refurbished 30-year-old Sirius Dome.
